Dr. Tennant’s® Sweet Dreams Essential Oil assists with insomnia and general inability to sleep. This blend helps relax the body and mind for a natural, restful night sleep.
How to apply: (T) Topical: Place 2-3 drops in your palm. Rub both hands together to cover both sides of your hands. Hold hands a few inches from your nose and inhale. Open your mouth and inhale. Rub hands on bottom of feet. This oil can be applied to the Head and Neck BioTerminals. NOTE: The maximum dermal use level is 2.5% due to potential skin irritation issues with Ylang Ylang.

Contraindications for medical/health conditions: Blue Tansy: Due to Blue Tansy in the blend, avoid use of all routes when taking drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 and orally drugs metabolized by CYP1A2 and CYP3A4.

I've always been quite an essential oils skeptic, but this stuff is incredibly relaxing. I never had a problem falling asleep, but recently I've been much more restless (anyone else feel like their job gets more stressful all the time? Thanks a lot, adulthood). I feel like my worst fear is coming true--I'm turning into a light sleeper, just like my mom! Rubbing this into my hands and feet, taking a few deep inhales, and taking a moment to wind down helps me sleep restfully. I conk out almost immediately. It probably helps that I'm dead tired from teaching middle school all day, but hey--the soothing scent definitely can't hurt.
