Suggested Use 

Mix ½ scoop to 1 full scoop or 1 single serving packet in 8-12 ounces of liquid such as non-chlorinated water, milk, almond or coconut milk, or smoothie. Stir, shake or blend until well-dissolved. Enjoy right away.
