Suggested Use 

How to apply: (T) Topical: Place 2-3 drops in your palm. Rub both hands together to cover both sides of your hands. Hold hands a few inches from your nose and inhale. Open your mouth and inhale. Rub hands on bottom of feet. This oil can be applied to the Neck and Chest BioTerminals®.

Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use. Avoid using on infants or very young children. Essential oils, by their concentrated nature, may sometimes cause sensitivity if used in their undiluted form.

Contraindications for medical/health conditions:
Peppermint: Oral Incompatibility: High Blood Pressure medication; Cardiac Fibrillation (topical and oral), Cigarette Smoking (inhalation risk), G6PD Deficiency

Bedtime relaxer.

As per the instructions, this is great to help your body prepare for its natural healing cycle while you sleep. Health isn't just about what we put in, but also what we remove. Our livers work hard, and we need to utilize effective means to keep it that way. Both the smell, and the flavor, of this mixture is quite pleasing.

GREAT SLEEP AID

Helping my tendinitis

I can’t explain it, but using this essential oil as an adjunct to wobenzyme ps has almost completely gotten rid of my tendinitis/frozen shoulder. The wobenzyme helped a lot, but this little addition pushed it past the finish line. And it smells good too, not like tiger balm. I highly recommend it!

Stay Healthy

I highly recommend this essential oil! For years, I have been told about oregano's extraordinary powers like how its antioxidants, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory. Ever since I started taking this essential oil and the core bundle, I have not gotten cold this year or the last. This is pretty interesting because I would always get a cold during the fall season without fail for as long as I could remember. Again, I highly recommend this product and the core bundle as well!

So nice!

I place this on my abdomen right before I have to take a test or give a presentation! I feel like it works. I typically feel calmer 10-15 minutes after taking it. Highly Recommend.

I love the convenience that the case gives to me. All I need to do is just grab it and go! Especially when it comes times for trips! As for the bioterminal oils, they are perfect!! Any time I feel so sort of way, I just turn to one of these bottles, and they help calm my nerves.
