Shipping policy

Depending on the day and time your order was placed, it takes 12 business days for our fulfillment team to pull and prepare your order and for the courier to pick up the package and begin the delivery transit time.

We typically fulfill 96% and place orders with carriers within 24-48 hours from the day the order was purchased unless purchased on a Friday or weekend. We operate Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. 

Exceptions for fulfillment timeline may occur if there is a problem with the order, or if the order is exceptionally large. Please allow up to three (3) business days to fulfill large orders.

As our fulfillment center is closed on the weekends, any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CST on Friday, or over the weekend, will be fulfilled and placed with carriers the following Monday or Tuesday. 

CARRIERS

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders for Domestic Shipping:
• USPS
• FedEx
• UPS

We primarily ship with FedEx for international orders. DHL is also available.

ORDER TRACKING 

Upon shipping, customers will receive an e-mail or text that contains a tracking link. They will be able to follow their order’s transit progress online made available by the carrier. Order delivery progress and history can be seen at the carrier’s website when entering the tracking number. Tracking numbers are provided on order confirmation emails sent to customers. 

Please note that some orders, for example, those using 1st Class USPS Mail, will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location with relation to our warehouse. Our warehouse is located near Dallas, Texas, USA. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments are to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the customer’s destination country. Import duties and taxes vary by country, and Tennant Products encourages you to be aware of these costs before placing an order with us.

Note: If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tennant Products. As most international shipping requires longer transit times, we cannot ensure the integrity of the product to restock so Tennant Products will be unable to refund the cost of the products or the shipping paid.

DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME 

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 27 business days, depending upon which shipping method is selected and depending upon where you are located in the US.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME 

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 745 days. This varies greatly depending upon your geographic location, shipping method and customs procedures across borders, as well as your country’s cross border restrictions.

PO BOX SHIPPING

Tennant Products will ship to PO box addresses using the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. We are unable to offer other carrier services to these locations.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order, we will send the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive a parcel damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our Customer Support. Please call +1.682.325.4139 or e-mail [email protected].

PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

We will process a refund or arrange a replacement order as soon as the mail carrier has completed their investigation into the claim.

PARCEL LOST IN TRANSIT

Please double check your shipping address during Checkout or in your Order Confirmation after the purchase is complete. If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact the carrier directly or contact us for help. Tennant Products is not responsible for lost packages.
