We are a family-owned and operated nutraceutical company that provides only the highest quality ingredients on the planet to optimize health and healing. Our products are used and recommendedĀ  by doctors, nutritionists, and healthcare practitioners around the world. We believe that health begins at the cellular level and that healthy people are happier people. We prioritize quality over cost and manufacture all our products in the USA in small batches to ensure ingredients you can count on.

Our online store is available 24/7. Our customer support is available 9am-5pm CST Monday through Friday, but closed on the weekend and national holidays.

On occasion we are able to offer a discounted price for a product or a few products. We normally do not have sales or discounts, or even coupons, as we try to keep our costs as low as possible every day for all our customers. Unlike other supplement companies, we use only the highest quality ingredients which cost more than most other supplement ingredients, so we are not able to offer coupons or regular sales.

All of the products are made here in the USA.

Tennant Products was designed for adult consumption, however some products are suitable for children. Please consult your physician or your childā€™s pediatrician before using any of our supplements.

Tennant Products provides a ā€œBest Byā€ or ā€œExpirationā€ date which is usually found stamped on the bottom of a bottle or container. This date is the date that we guarantee the potency, freshness and/or quality of that particular product if stored correctly.

A Suggested Use is provided on each of our supplement labels. Your healthcare practitioner may have specific protocols for the products that are uniquely suitable for you.

Most of our products are vegan. The following products contain an ingredient or ingredients from animals:

Microbiome Support FormulaĀ -Ā Contains bovine colostrum.

Restore Professional Whey Formula, Chocolate, Strawberry and VanillaĀ -Ā Contains bovine colostrum and whey, as well as a product thatā€™s derived from beeswax.

Restore Professional Veggie Formula and Restore Veggie (non-pro) FormulaĀ -Ā Contain a product thatā€™s derived from beeswax.

Some essential oils are suitable for internal use with proper guidance from a healthcare or medical practitioner.

Yes, all our essential oils are certified organic. Free from herbicides, fungicides and pesticides.

We recommend applying the oils to the concerned areas and avoiding any contact with the eyes, mucous membranes or sensitive areas.

You can take Dr. Tennantā€™s Lugolā€™s Iodine Liquid or Dr. Tennantā€™s Lugolā€™s Iodine Plus Capsules at any time during the day, so long as it is not taken at the same time as medication, probiotics, or beneficial live cultures as the iodine will likely counteract and can make them ineffective. It is recommended to allow two hours between taking iodine and medications or probiotics.

Yes you can, although it is more beneficial to let the tablet dissolve in your mouth. We also advise that you not swallow the tablet whole as this could become a choking hazard.

Restore

We recommend you store Dr. Tennantā€™s Restore in the Refrigerator. We cannot recommend storing in the freezer as we have not tested this method of storage. In theory, it should not denature any of the ingredients as long as there is no moisture or liquid to freeze. Most importantly keep Dr. Tennantā€™s Restore away from heat and moisture.

We do not recommend this as the high temperatures may break down or denature some of the ingredients. Although we have been told that some customers put it in their oatmeal for breakfast which sounds interesting, we havenā€™t tried it yet so we cannot say if it actually tastes good that way.

The suggested use is once a day, but many customers can still see benefits from either a half scoop a day or one scoop every other day.

All forms of restore contain some beeswax and cannot be considered vegan. Our veggie protein formulas are considered vegetarian and not vegan for this reason.

No, Restore uses organic monk fruit extract as the natural sweetening ingredient.

Both formulas are robust and comprehensive for daily vitamin and mineral nutrition. All formulas contain 22g of protein, but the non-professional formula is made with our veggie protein only, does not contain dairy or hormones such as pregnenolone or SAMe, and has a few ingredients with slightly lower quantities. The non-professional formula was designed for the entire family from young children to seniors. As well as for individuals taking hormone medications.

Payment Questions

No, we do not keep credit card information on file. Your privacy and security is important to us. Once entered into our Check Out, our payment processing system ensures your credit card information is securely and confidentially stored. Tennant Products Staff have no access to your credit card number or information directly.

You are able to change, cancel or update your order before the order has been shipped. Even if your order has shipped and you find you need to change something, please contact us immediately at email:Ā support@tennantproducts.comĀ or call +1.682.325.4139, and we will do our best to correct it.

Shipping

Yes, although this may be limited depending on the country's restrictions. We are monitoring the COVID- 19 intentional shipping situations for our products to include more countries. The shipping times for these orders will vary and all international orders will need to be set up over the phone +1.682.325.4139 or through emailĀ support@tennantproducts.com. We ship with DHL for international orders.

Depending on the country, international orders for wholesale or resale, can be subject to import fees or restrictions and may require specific forms or documents.

As we do not charge taxes for any wholesale orders nor do we include any customs or import fees on our order totals, any charges, taxes, or fees after the initial purchase are beyond our controlĀ and the customer's responsibility.

As we shipĀ to multiple countries, we may not always know what restrictions or specific forms are required for the import of wholesale goods. And the specific forms or requirements may vary depending onĀ the customs officer approving the package. For this reason, we are happy to email a copy of the detailed item list for each order orĀ ā€‹toĀ sign/fill out any required forms upon request. Depending on what day and time you placed your order, typically it takes 1-2 business days for our fulfillment team to pull and prepare your order for the courier to pick up and begin the delivery timeline. As our fulfillment center is closed during the weekends, orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Friday or over the weekend will be fulfilled the following Monday

Using your orderā€™s tracking number (this is found in email and text notifications from us), contact your courier/shipping company and request that they check the status and location of your package. Mail carriers have been known to leave the package with a neighbor or place the package in the residence's mailbox accidentally. It is also common for couriers to send notifications in the morning that a package has been delivered when the package is expected to be delivered later that day or the next day. Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Dallas, Texas.

Typically, our fulfillment team pulls and prepares your order in 1-2 business days, then the courier takes the order and begins the delivery process. The transit time for your order depends upon the courier, shipping method, and your delivery location.

Transit time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-7 business days, depending on which shipping method is selected and depending on the delivery location in the US.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-45 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected, the delivery location, shipping method and customs procedures across borders and your countryā€™s cross border restrictions.

Return and Exchange Questions

We have a 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Tennant Products. However, if you are not happy with an item that you have bought, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of the order's delivery day for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and 10% restocking fee.

We are unable to accept returns for international orders.

It may take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If your order did not arrive as you ordered it, for example you received a strawberry instead of chocolate flavor, thatā€™s on us; and we will replace it at our cost with no restocking fee or additional shipping charges if you notify us within 30 days of the date of delivery.
