Ingredients for your Chocolate Gingerbread Smoothie:

  1. One serving of Chocolate Restore of your choice: Professional Whey or Non-Professional Veggie (you can use Vanilla Restore, just add cacao powder)
  2. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  3. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  5. 1/2 frozen banana for creaminess
  6. Dash of molasses (optional, for authentic gingerbread flavor)
  7. 8 oz milk of your choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
  8. 1 cup crushed ice (optional, for a colder and thicker smoothie)
