  1. One serving of Vanilla Restore of your choice: Professional Whey or Professional or Non-Professional Veggie
  2. 1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  3. 3/4 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  4. 10 oz milk of your choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
  5. 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  6. 1 cup crushed ice (optional, for a colder and thicker smoothie)
