I am still reading the book. So many valuable information about the functions of my body.I make time to indulge into a very complex matter. I wish I would have known all this ,before I had my root canal s.but at least I know now how to help myself. thanks

So much information!!!
There is so much information in this small book. I love that it is condensed into a form that is just straightforward, "here it is", style. No fluff or filler, just useful and extremely important information for anyone concerned with their health. And, that should be everyone!!! PLEASE READ THIS BOOK!
