  1. One serving Vanilla Restore of your choice (Professional; Professional Non-Sweet; Professional Veggie; or Non-Professional Veggie)
  2. ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  3. ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  4. ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  5. ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  6. 8 oz of water, or your favorite non-dairy beverage

  

Instructions for your Chai Spice Smoothie:

In blender or shaker, add the following and blend until well mixed:

  1. 1 cup liquid of your choice.
