Watermelon Breeze: BRAIN FOOD Smoothie

We are delighted to share one of our wonderful customers, Karen V's delicious and refreshing Watermelon Breeze Brain Food pick-me-up smoothie. 

It is the perfect refreshing mix of watermelon and mint with a hint of coconut from Brain Food. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it's naturally sweet and oh so refreshing—of course, with all the healthy MTCs and Ketones in Dr. Tennant's® Brain Food!

Ingredients for your Watermelon Breeze Smoothie:

  1. 1 scoop Brain Food or Brain Food+
  2. 1 cup diced watermelon
  3. ¼ teaspoon mint extract or sprig of fresh mint
  4. 8 oz dairy, oat, or nut milk of your choice
  5. 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice (optional)


Watermelon Breeze Brain Food Smoothie

Instructions for your Watermelon Breeze Smoothie:

In a blender add the following and blend until smooth:

  1. Liquid (milk of choice)
  2. Watermelon
  3. Mint
  4. Brain Food
  5. Ice (optional)

Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with fresh mint. ENJOY!
