- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 oz of water, or your favorite non-dairy beverage
Instructions for your Chai Spice Smoothie:
In blender or shaker, add the following and blend until well mixed:
- 1 cup liquid of your choice.
