Ingredients for your Choco-Banana Bliss Smoothie:
- One individual packet of Chocolate Restore of your choice: Professional Whey or Non-Professional Veggie (you can use Vanilla Restore, just add cacao powder)
- 1/2 medium banana (you can add more if you like)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 3 Tablespoons peanut butter or other nut butter
- 2-3 Medjool dates chopped
- Optional: 1/2 to 1 Tablespoon cacao powder (if you are using Restore Vanilla or if you want extra chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
- Filtered water as needed
Instructions for your Choco-Banana Bliss Smoothie:
- In a blender, add bananas and coconut cream.
- Blend until well combined.
- Add Restore, nut butter, cacao powder, dates and ice (optional).
- Blend until desired smoothness.
- This can be relatively thick. You can add additional liquid or milk of choice as needed.
