Ingredients for your Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie:
- One serving Chocolate Restore of your choice (Professional Whey or Non-Professional Veggie)
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup peanut butter or almond butter (For lower calories use dried Peanut or Almond powder. Just be sure there is no added sugar!)
- 8 oz milk of your choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions for your Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie:
In a blender add the following and blend until smooth:
- Liquid (milk of choice)
- Peanut butter or almond butter
- Restore
- Ice (optional)
