A Lassi is a dahi-based (yogurt) drink. It is known to have originated around 1000 BC from the Punjab region and is said to have healing properties, and a calming effect on the stomach and mind.
They can be sweet or salty, and our take on this traditional drink adds mango along with the sweet vanilla in Restore to make a delicious version, with lots of flavor and the amazing health benefits of Restore.
Ingredients for your Mango Lassi Smoothie:
- One serving Vanilla Restore of your choice (Professional; Professional Non-Sweet; Professional Veggie; or Non-Professional Veggie)
- ½ small mango
- ½ cup plain (regular or Greek) yogurt
- 8 oz milk of your choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Instructions for your Mango Lassi Smoothie:
In blender, add the following and blend until smooth:
- Liquid
- Mango
- Yogurt
- Restore
- ½ cup ice (optional)
Pour into your favorite glass and garnish with fresh mint or a slice of green apple. ENJOY!
