Blueberry & Walnut Smoothie: BRAIN FOOD Booster

So when you need that brain boost, but don't want to reach for stimulants, give our Brain Booster Smoothie a try!

Ingredients for your Blueberry & Walnut Brain Food Booster:

  1. 1 scoop Brain Food or Brain Food +
  2. 1/4 cup blueberries
  3. 4-5 walnut halves
  4. 8 oz of water or almond milk
  5. 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
Blueberry Mint Restore Smoothie

Instructions for your Blueberry & Walnut Brain Food Booster:

In a blender add the following and blend until smooth:

  1. Add liquid: water or milk.
  2. Add Brain Food.
  3. Add blueberries and walnuts.
  4. Add ice (optional) or pour over ice.
  5. Secure lid on your blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into your favorite glass and top off with a few blueberries and some fresh mint . ENJOY!
