Ingredients for your Blueberry & Walnut Brain Food Booster:
- 1 scoop Brain Food or Brain Food +
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 4-5 walnut halves
- 8 oz of water or almond milk
- 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice (optional)
Instructions for your Blueberry & Walnut Brain Food Booster:
In a blender add the following and blend until smooth:
- Add liquid: water or milk.
- Add Brain Food.
- Add blueberries and walnuts.
- Add ice (optional) or pour over ice.
- Secure lid on your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass and top off with a few blueberries and some fresh mint . ENJOY!
