Congratulations! Your initial application was received and you've made it to the next and final step of the approval process. We carefully select our resellers to ensure the integrity of our community, and so it is with great anticipation that we look forward to meeting you virtually. We'll review your application together, ask a few more questions about your business, and we'll happily answer any questions you have.

Docusign
Our Reseller Agreements are signed electronically. You do not need to have a Docusign Account to sign the agreement.
After our meeting you will be sent an agreement. Be prepared to attach your Qualifying License to your Agreement. We recommend that you use the Qualifying Licensee you provided in your application, unless otherwise directed during our meeting.
Once the Agreement is signed your account will be set up and an account activation invitation will be sent to the email provided.
Affiliate Program
If you know you are also interested in our Affiliate program you can apply here. You must have a Resellers Agreement on file to be an Affiliate. Don't worry, you can sign up later.
Our Affiliate program offers a 20% commission on purchases made through your link and offers email conversion option. This option can be used simultaneously with your Reseller 35% in-house/drop-shipping option.
Account Activation
Once your agreement is signed, you will receive an account activation email. Once your account is activated you can start placing orders.
If you currently have an account you will automatically see the discount applied once agreement is signed by you and Tennant Products and discount activated.
Ordering Tips
To receive your Reseller discount, please be sure you are logged into your account each time you make a purchase. Instructions will be in your Account Activation email. Instructions on how to drop-ship to your customers from your account will be in the Reseller Toolbox.
Toolbox Activation Tips
Upon activating your account, you will also receive an invitation to log into the Reseller Toolbox. In the Toolbox you will have access to marking information, product trainings, how to drop-ship from your account to your customers and other resources to support you as a Tennant Products Reseller.
Reseller Support
We also offer a live and video support for products and your account. Once your Agreement is signed you will receive an email with additional information on how to get access support.
