How to apply: Apply 1-3 drops topically on the big toe and arch of the right foot. Rub in completely. Apply 1-3 drops of the same oil to the left foot. Rub in completely. Rub hands together in a hand washing motion and inhale. If sensitive, use with a carrier oil such as coconut or jojoba. 

NOTE: The maximum dermal use level is 0.35% due to potential skin irritation issues.

Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use. Avoid using on infants or very young children. Essential oils, by their concentrated nature, may sometimes cause sensitivity if used in their undiluted form.

Contraindications for medical/health conditions:
 Cinnamon Bark: Contraindicated orally: Anticoagulant and Diabetes medication; Childbirth and Major Surgery (one week before and after), Peptic Ulcer, Hemophilia 

Lemongrass: Medication incompatibility: Antidepressants/CYP2B6 substrates (all routes) and Diabetes medication (orally)

Peppermint: Oral Incompatibility: High Blood Pressure medication; Cardiac Fibrillation (topical and oral), Cigarette Smoking (inhalation risk), G6PD Deficiency
