Senergy Wellness Update
For over two decades, Senergy Medical Group and Senergy Wellness Group were associated with Dr. Tennant as a distributor of his products. However, Dr. Tennant officially terminated this partnership in June 2024, and Senergy no longer represents Dr. Tennant or his work. To address the questions we frequently receive....
1. Change in Partnership
Dr. Tennant ended the distribution and licensing agreement due to contractual breaches related to royalty payments.
2. Dr Tennant's Role as Innovator
Dr. Tennant has always been the inventor and innovator behind the BioModulator® and BioTransducer®. While Scott Tennant (Dr. Tennant's step-son) managed sales, Dr. Tennant was the driving force behind the creation and development of these technologies. Though Scott Tennant now owns Senergy Wellness, it is important to note that Dr. Tennant originally founded the company in 1996 and transferred full ownership to Scott Tennant in 2008—eight years after its founding, and three years after the first Tennant BioModulator® was sold.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Dr. Tennant holds valid trademarks for both the BioModulator® and BioTransducer®. These trademarks have been active for nearly two decades and remain in his possession. Also, the patent for the Tennant BioTransducer Pro was granted to Jared Tennant, Dr. Tennant's son, in 2024. Dr. Tennant uses DLP Piper, the best FDA law firm in the United States, to ensure his compliance and your safety. NOTE: Senergy continues to sell old Dr. Tennant devices and new device 'copies' without Dr. Tennant's authorization.
4. Manufacturing Transition
Dr. Tennant is super excited to partner with Scenar for his next generation BioModulator. Why? They are the granddaddy in this space, having made microcurrent devices for more than 40 years. Their hardware is approved by 36 different countries (equivalent to the US' FDA), which insures its safety and scalability; and they have outsold Avazzia >10x. Scenar has NEVER partnered before; now, Dr. Tennant is combining their hardware with his custom frequencies! Dr. Tennant knows what worked best on the previous devices, and has been testing these new frequencies since last summer, with amazing results in his clinic.
Looking Ahead
Tennant Products is now the sole authorized distributor of Dr. Tennant’s devices. While legal proceedings are ongoing regarding intellectual property claims, Dr. Tennant remains focused on innovation and delivering the best solutions for health and wellness. Mini-Conference: A 2-hour virtual mini-conference is scheduled for nearly every month. Let us know if interested.
Training and Certification: Online training and certification courses are currently in development. These modules are created both for practitioners, OR the general public interested in integrative medicine and electrophysiology. These are slated to be live in Q1'26.

Senergy Device Review
'Senergy' Crystal Wave
The Crystal Wave III is a modified version of the original Tennant Crystal Wave device, rebranded and repainted by Senergy Wellness Group. While Senergy approached Dr. Tennant to test the scalar output of their prototype, since they lacked the technical expertise, the Senergy Crystal Wave version has not been validated, tested, or authorized by Dr. Tennant or Tennant Products. As such, we cannot endorse or recommend its use.
'Senergy' Crystal Wave Pro
The Senergy CrystalWave Pro is not an authorized version of Dr. Tennant's BioTransducer® and does not meet the standards or specifications of the original device. In violation of a patent, it is produced by a near-bankrupt manufacturer without access to the proprietary knowledge required for full-spectrum scalar output. While similar components may be used, proper assembly and calibration are essential for optimal scalar performance, which this device cannot guarantee. For those seeking reliable, validated technology, we encourage exploring the authentic Tennant BioTransducer® Pro II, designed and tested to deliver the full benefits of Dr. Tennant’s innovations.
Also:
* The patents claimed behind this device don't even refer to a BioTransducer®!
* Dr. Tennant believes there are benefits to pulsed PEMF, and that the Tennant BioModulator® does generate PEMF (without a BioTransducer connected). However, the BioModulator’s FDA application and approval did not list PEMF as an approved function. Making the claim that pulsed EMF can now be done -- after never making such a claim the last 20 years -- seems dubious. The FDA states that a major change or modification in the intended use of the device requires a new 510(k) regulatory filing (for the BioModulator®). Senergy has not done so.
* Regarding the red light therapies -- this device's diode generates a 630nm red light. This 'orange-ish' version is 10x cheaper to source, and less effective, than Dr. Tennant's authentic 660nm output.
* Regarding the blue light therapies, Dr. Tennant does not believe shining blue light into one's eyes (see here) is medically responsible. Senergy does not have any employees who are Texas board-certified doctors.
These new light therapy claims place the device into a photobiomodulation (PBM) device category, which require an independent 510(k) regulatory filing for this device. Senergy has not done so.
Technical and regulatory shortcuts appear to have been taken.
Source: Any changes or modifications to an FDA-cleared medical device that could significantly affect the safety or effectiveness of the device (e.g., significant change or modification in design, material, chemical composition, energy source, labeling, or manufacturing process) or a major change or modification in the intended use of the device will require a new 510(k). 21 C.F.R. § 807.81(a)(3).

Works! Definitely worth trying!
I can’t drink wine because my throat immediately starts itching and I get super flushed and my asthma kicks in. I don’t drink much, but occasionally I want a glass of wine so I figured I’d give this a try. It absolutely worked! My throat didn’t itch and I didn’t have to use my inhaler. This starter kit is awesome and definitely worth trying.
