Ultra-fine, food-grade bamboo charcoal that binds and removes unwanted substances before they are absorbed by the body. Taken while drinking, it supports your body’s natural detoxification by capturing alcohol and its by-products before your body absorbs them. This helps limit absorption, but it does not block all absorption*.

While Drinking

• Take 1–2 Activated Charcoal capsules with your first drink (depending on drink strength).

• Then take 1 capsule per drink thereafter.

• For strong cocktails, doubles, or straight liquor, take 2 capsules per drink.

• Take capsules within 20 minutes of drinking to allow effective binding.

Tip: Charcoal works best when taken as you drink, not afterward.

⚠️ Note: Charcoal may temporarily darken stool. This is normal and harmless.

After Drinking

• Take 1 capsule (or 1 dropper) of Raw Materials® with at least 8 oz of filtered water.  Wait at least one hour after your last drink and/or the next morning.

⚠️ Note: Do not take Raw Materials while actively drinking, as it can enhance the effects of alcohol.

What does the Holiday Party Duo do?

Does it prevent intoxication or hangovers?

No, although activated bamboo charcoal will bind to alcohol and its byproducts, it will not fully prevent or eliminate intoxication. It is still best to monitor and moderate the number of drinks consumed. 

We can't promise you won't have a hangover, that depends on many factors, but both products help reduce the conditions that cause a hangover. 

When should I take the charcoal?

Take it within 20 minutes of each drink for best results.

Can I use these products if I drink occasionally?

Yes. This system is ideal for any level of alcohol consumption, from a casual glass of wine to a full night of celebration.
