Dr. Tennant’s® Clove Essential Oil is designed to assist with minor aches and pains and supports oral health as well as respiratory and lymphatic function. It also may assist in the following: anticoagulant, antioxidant, antiseptic, blood thinning (hemostatic), bronchitis, cholera, colitis, cystitis, digestion, fatigue, gum disease, inflammation, immune support, infections, joints, mouth ulcers, muscle and nerve pain, oral infection, parasites, respiratory issues, ringworm, sinus, skin issues, stress and tension, viruses, warts and wounds.
This blend consists of: Clove Bud, specifically Eugenia caryophyllata

Suggested Use
How to apply: (T) Topical: Dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut oil and almond oil are common carriers) and apply to concerned area. Please follow recommended maximum topical use level to avoid skin irritation. (I) Internal: Suitable for internal use with proper guidance from a healthcare or medical practitioner. Recommended internal use method via capsule, diluted with carrier oil. (D) Diffusion: Can be used in a diffuser and inhaled.
NOTE: Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Maximum topical use level is 0.5%, which is 1 drop in 7 ml of carrier. Repeated use can result in skin sensitization.
Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use. Avoid using on infants or very young children. Essential oils, by their concentrated nature, may sometimes cause sensitivity if used in their undiluted form.
Contraindications for medical/health conditions:
Contraindicated orally for the following: anticoagulant, MAOIs or SSRIs, pethidine. In the case of childbirth (one week before and after), liver and kidney disease (via all routes), major surgery (one week before and after), peptic ulcer, hemophilia, or other bleeding disorders.
