H2True™ is an effervescent magnesium tablet that dissolves in water. The result of this reaction is a separation of the H2 molecules creating molecular hydrogen.

Suggested Use 

Drop 1 tablet in a cup of water (12-17 oz) and wait for the tablet to dissolve. Stir if necessary, drink immediately.

  • Promotes the maintenance of good health and overall wellness. 
  • Repeat 2 to 4 times daily

The main reason for having a dissoluble tablet for the H2True, is to allow the release of more molecular hydrogen in the form of H2 or hydrogen gas. These tiny bubbles can work as selective antioxidants seeking out harmful free radicals, pairing with them and helping transport them outside your body.     Illuminating

    I use this product with the PH prescription alkaline undercounter water filtration system and you do feel the hydrogen entering your brain. As the product suggest, it goes to wherever the free radicals are, and it does a good job as so long as you dont keep introducing more toxics. Overall good product.
